Once your items are available you'll receive an email and will then need to book a collection slot. Please don't travel to collect your items until an appointment has been booked.

Please note: this is a "signed for" service, so obviously there will need to be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package. If there isn't, your order will be held at your local sorting office for collection. We cannot be held accountable if you receive your order late because of that.
