“And that EP in particular is such a special story, because it was right at the beginning of the pandemic, and I just made it with my neighbour, a friend of mine, who’s an amazing producer.We worked on it for a week, and we didn’t really promote it too much — and it kind of became “Stick Season” before “Stick Season” in a lot of ways.It was a study on a place and a relationship in a place, and it was the first time I’d experimented with telling a story that felt like it had an overarching narrative.And it was also the first time that I let myself just not care about how it sounded at the end. Whatever the process was, I just wanted it to make me happy. And to see it connect with people really inspired me to write “Stick Season.”It kind of gave me the confidence to be like, “All right, this niche-specific storytelling stuff can actually connect with people in a more universal way.” I really owe it all to that EP, and it’s still probably my favorite piece of work I’ve made. I just love it.” Within six days and “without overthinking anything,” Noah Kahan completed the five-track Cape Elizabeth EP which has amassed 200M streams. See the newly repackaged Cape Elizabeth Aqua vinyl as Noah’s “thank you to the fans who stuck around, came to shows, watched my livestreams, and listened.” The vinyl features fan favorite songs “A Troubled Mind”, “Glue Myself Shut” and “Maine”.

After 5 years of critical acclaim, global touring, and numerous collaborations, Noah returned to his Vermont roots and sought a more organic style of writing and arrangement, a challenge from within to convey a vivid representation of what he loves, fears, and struggles with most passionately. Since this album release, Noah has hit career peaks at radio, single and album charts around the world, and has most notably been nominated as ‘Best New Artist’ at the 2024 GRAMMY awards. Noah follows his sold out his 2022, 2023 ‘Stick Season’ tours, with another sold out world tour in 2024 named ‘We’ll All Be Here Forever’.

In this week that his anticipated and critically acclaimed debut album is released, Manchester grime MC Bugzy Malone visits the shop to hang out and sign copies of B Inspired.
Bugzy has the authoritative, articulate presence that haloes only the best grime MCs. “I paint pictures with words,” he rapped last year, and it’s not a boast. Malone’s canvases reveal parallel worlds of poverty, physical and mental hunger, rage turned inwards and out, lives undervalued and thrown overboard – sink or swim, ride or die. Whether his true-life crime yarns are verifiable to the last word doesn’t matter because every bar is delivered beautifully at confessional pitch, with a preacher’s punch and sprinter’s pace.

The budding pop star, songwriter and DJ has had recent activity ranging from a hit collaboration with TSHA (‘Girls’) and performing at Glastonbury alongside Shygirl to launching her own club night - Rose presents Gray.From its instructive title to its unapologetic sound, Louder, Please is Rose Gray powerfully - but with quintessential, British politeness - backing herself (who she is, what she wants, and the artist she’s always had the potential to become). The album will be released on 24th January 2025 via Young Recordings. Eusexua is a state of being. A feeling of momentary transcendence often evoked by art, music, sex, and unity. Eusexua can be followed by a state of bliss and feelings of limitless possibility. Also used to refer to: ‘The pinnacle of Human Experience’. It is united through any moment in which we are fully embodying ourselves, present in the moment, disconnected from technology, synthesized with those around us. It was moments of Eusexua that birthed EUSEXUA the album, as twigs cites her late nights in the underground techno scene of Prague.-5:00pm start with all ages welcome.
