Album Listening Party / Midnight Opening / Ghost
Friday 25th April
at Banquet Records, 11:00pm
Admission will be via e-ticket. Your e-ticket will be delivered to your email address in time for the show (typically the day before the event). We're hosting a special listening party for the new Ghost album! We'll be counting down till the album's released, and having played it back, you'll be able to buy and get your album SATANIZED the moment midnight strikes. Plus, we'll have loads of exclusive promo items and shirts for attendees, while stocks last.Coming off a last few years defined by an American Music Award and iHeart Radio Award-winning international #1 album, an RIAA-certified platinum & UK certified gold single, and a massive world tour immortalized in a box office record-breaking feature film, 2025 is poised to be GHOST’s busiest, most ambitious and outright biggest year to date. Having revealed the existence of SKELETÀ, the forthcoming sixth album from the GRAMMY-winning Swedish theatrical rock icons, and its insidiously melodic lead single “Satanized,” GHOST has only begun the next phase of its inevitable path to world domination. With hundreds of thousands of tickets already sold for the first leg of a worldwide arena tour featuring the band’s first-ever headline date at Madison Square Garden, GHOST is poised to bring the most introspective and inward-focused material of the band’s career to vivid life—and in suitably grandiose style: The tour supporting SKELETÀ will feature the debut of the newly anti-christened Papa V Perpetua, as he presides over a phantasmagoric new production that promises to elevate the live rituals that propelled the band's debut feature film RITE HERE RITE NOW to become the highest grossing hard rock cinema event in North American history. SKELETÀ and its accompanying tour stand to radically grow the always burgeoning, uniquely impassioned and unflaggingly loyal legions who eat, sleep and dress GHOST. From longtime devoted disciples to the curious uninitiated, all will be welcomed to find communion, salvation and escape in SKELETÀ and the ever-expanding world of GHOST.This is an in-person event. We can't offer to stamp albums or get promo items for anyone who isn't able to attend. We'll press play on the new album at 11:00pm.

The group have now returned with their new album 'Northern Sky', where they have gone above and beyond to show they are indeed masters of their craft. Recorded in a cottage in the picturesque hills of Surrey, they poured their considerable knowledge and prowess into the album's 12 tracks, all of which fit their love of storytelling. Say the Wellermen: "It's all about connection and storytelling, and we hope the listeners are able to find something meaningful." One thing is absolutely certain: these talented young men are in it for the long haul.-In-store Grade B. Chesney Hawkes
Tuesday 1st April
at Pryzm, 7:00pm (14+)
Admission will be via e-ticket. Your e-ticket will be delivered to your email address in time for the show (typically the day before the event). To celebrate the release of the new album 'Living Arrows', Chesney Hawkes visits Kingston to play an acoustic set + Q&A at Pryzm. After the set, there will be a signing session / meet & greet.‘Living Arrows’ is Chesney at his most vulnerable, completely free of inhibitions or doubts. There is heartache, yes, but there is joy, too, and gratitude for everything he has in life. Combined with his heartfelt, candid style of songwriting, the album’s cohesive pop-rock sound creates what is not only his greatest work to date, but also the most authentic representation of the man behind the artist. The album takes its name from ‘On Children’, a poem by the Lebanese-American writer, poet and artist Kahlil Gibran, which addresses the importance of nurturing children while also accepting that their independence has to be a parent’s ultimate priority. The album was produced and co-written by the BRIT Award winner and Grammy nominee Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, One Direction). The friendship between the pair is a big element of the album’s success: it’s a connection that allows Chesney to face the tougher emotions that he explores in some of its songs, but also to enjoy the unbridled fun that he channels in others. Its buoyant spirit was further elevated by guest appearances from friends including Nik Kershaw and Chesney’s brother Jodie.-Times TBC but we expect doors at 7:00pm with a stage time of 8:00pmThose aged 14+ can attend unaccompanied. 8 to 13 year olds must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult (18+).
