FOALS
Thursday 27th June
at Pryzm, 7:00pm (14+)
To combat touts, customers will be required to give their name when purchasing tickets and will be required to produce photo ID matching that name for entry to the gig. Tickets are not transferable. The name of the lead booker will be on all tickets. Where more than one ticket has been purchased, all guests in the party must enter the venue together. To gain entry to the show, the lead booker must bring the tickets along with valid photo ID matching the name on the tickets. Celebrating the release of their new album, FOALS return to Kingston to play an all ages show ahead of their 18+ New Slang gig. They'll be playing their new album Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1. The band play an absolutely thrilling and genre-bending fusion of indie-rock-dance-punk and put on an incredible live show that's not to be missed. We're super happy to see them return to Kingston in this exciting time. Fundamentally tethered but possessing their own personalities, the two bodies capture the most compelling, ambitious and cohesive creations they’ve ever produced. Eager to break the traditional pop song structure which they felt they were becoming increasingly tapered to, the 20 tracks defy expectation. There are exploratory, progressive-tinged tracks alongside atmospheric segues which make the music an experience rather than a mere collection of songs. Yet the band’s renowned ability to wield relentless grooves with striking power and skyscraper hooks also reaches new heights. 7:00PM - DOORS 8:00PM - FOALS CD/ticket is £15 post-paid, and other formats and combos will be available. Pryzm is all ages for this show - under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Over 18s should bring PHOTO ID (driving license / passport). Pryzm, 154 Clarence Street, Kingston Upon Thames (KT1 1QP) Albums and tickets will be dispatched separately, with tickets arriving closer to the date of the show

FOALS
Thursday 7th November
at New Slang, 9:00pm (18+)
Tickets from this point are for collection at the venue on the night. Any albums will be posted. With their second album of 2019 out now, FOALS make another visit to Kingston to play at New Slang. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 2 follows on from Part 1, where they played the album in full at Pryzm and New Slang for us back in June and it was incredible. Part 2 takes on a much heavier sound in comparison to the dancey vibes in Part 1, we're massive fans of this cinematic two-part release and we can't wait to have them back. “Part two is a heavier listen, the guitars are more emphasised and there’s some big riffs on it,” explained Philippakis in an interview with NME. “It’s a rock record and it definitely carries on the narrative from part one. Part one ended with a lot of fire and destructive imagery, part two is trying to respond to that: how you can continue in the wreckage and through the scorched earth? We’re just excited for people to hear it because it completes the journey of what we’ve made over the last year-and-a-half.” Times TBC but we expect doors to be at 9:00pm with FOALS on at 10:30pm. After the show, it's New Slang as usual where you can expect to hear songs from the likes of The Vaccines, The Cribs, Wolf Alice, Circa Waves, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Everything Everything, The Maccabees, Sundara Karma and many more until 2AM.
